Power went out for almost 24 hours. All calls to customer service guest info and store did not work or they didn't answer. We had a parking pass and they would constantly give us the 3rd degree to get back into our lodge. ThThe Huss restaurant in the resort. (We picked up food and took to our room) one mal surf and turf did not half the prawns and or mash potatoes we were given no silverware charged full price. We called them they said they were out of prawns did not offer us refund and said they would bring silver ware to room NEVER SHOWED UP.!! Room was dirty and needs upgrading. The next night we checked out and went to a different hotel they said they would refund 1 night have not received it yet.

This property is meticulously maintained, especially considering its age, and all the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This stay was a convenient location to join family that was staying on a houseboat. We feel like we got what we paid for and did not have high expectations. The cons: we could hear every floor squeak and footstep above us, the double bed rooms are full size, not queen, and there is no mini frig or microwave. The pros: staff, cleanliness, ice machine, in-room coffee maker, onsite restaurant.

Bad service
Mitch was great at front desk and Zach hooked us up with a boat slip due to Pge having a local issue and shutting off power during the first night. But then sat night we got back and our keys didn’t work. Office closed so Security let us in but said since both cards don’t work it’s the battery in the lock and nothing he can do???? So we are locked in our room? As in we can’t leave for food or drinks or a walk as we will be locked out again. Really?? So we couldn’t leave sat night for anything. So we Left 3 messages for Zach during the next week and never a call back. Ridiculous. Shower is tiny. We were told the room had a little fridge which it didn’t so we had to throw some food out.

Beautiful Location!
It was a beautiful place to stay! Friendly staff and people staying there. We booked it only for one night as a nice spot off of I-5 on our way to NorCal Beach. Next time we will stay much longer and enjoy renting a boat or Wave Runner!

Loved the accessibility to the lake and keeping our boat on property! Rooms are fine- simple, clean. We were just in them to sleep and for that they were great! AC was a plus! We will be back for sure!
