There was one gent at reception who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Door concierge were also helpful.
Breakfast excellent value for money yet bit of a walk from hotel.

The hotel room is cleaner for this stay, the guest was satisfied. The taste of the breakfast is fair. Hope the hotel could keep the room clean and improve the quality of the breakfast. The room rate is good.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff
The hotel itself is in a good location with convenient transport links. The main issue we had in the hotel was the coachloads (20+) of tourists which made it very difficult to use the lifts and move around the hotel. We had some issues with the WiFI and AC however the Manager went out of her way to ensure the issues were resolved, thank you so much!

It was positioned in an abandoned mall. So far it's quite far from the city centre but right beside the MRT station so that's great. The property is quite old and the decor actually reflects it. Overall okay.

This is a Chinese tour hotel, full of rude people and bus loads of arrivals choking up elevators. The food options were absolutely terrible. Lucky for grab.
The front counter staff member told me I had to pay 1000 deposit for room key, which is questioned. Suddenly the supervisor shouted at me across another customer, and made my check in extremely uncomfortable in front of my wife. The WORST service I have ever encountered in any hotel around the world. A truely horrible woman, I felt so sorry for the staff who have to work with such a disgusting behaviour. She really should be sacked. There are much better hotels for the price. Unless you are part or a Chinese tour I’d avoid this place and never go back.

Most of the guests are Chinese.Everything there is written in Chinese. It did not feel like I sas in Thailand, it felt like I was visting China. That said, the room was nice though a bit dated. They demanded a 1000 BHT cash deposit even though I booked it will a credit card. The had me wait while they checked the room before the returnes the cash to me at checkout… I found that part off putting. The lobby chandeliers wew beutiful.

Not worth it
This hotel is advertised as being in a hood shopping / restaurant district. The whole place is abandoned except for the hotel, besides the breakfast (which was disappointing) there’s only one restaurant around. Luckily the hotel is by the train because we had to always take it to go eat. The room itself looks nice until you take a closer look, cleaning is eh and the finishes are not great. Bed is hard as a rock. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else. The staff was very friendly though.

water leaks on my bed. cockroaches in the room. sink leaking. toilet seats dirty. Staff at reception unfriendly and don't understand anything about getting another room. This is the worst hotel of my life that I travel. I find it strange how they have 5 stars. this hotel is never for me again.

The location was nice, just beside the MRT.
The room was great, however the design could be better. eg. there is one bed side table and no powerpoint located at the side table. Limited sound proofing, we were awaken a few times by the door closing of other rooms. The noise level by the aircon compressor is quite unbearable. The clothes hangers provided can only hang shirt but not pants. Only 1 chair in the room ( yes, there was a sofa ) but when we order in for meals, one person would have no place to sit.
The structure of the hotel is very long, hotel phone operator / receptionists do not pick up the phone, so we have to go downstairs for any inquiries.
Hotel guests were sleeping in the lobby sofa, this is really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel as indicated in Expedia's website.
Service crew at the counter definitely requires more training on customer service.
