Booked a room with a whirlpool, their whirlpool was considered a tub with jets in the bathroom. Nt in the room like u would assume. The room was booked on the smoking side. The smell was overpowering for the kids stayn in my room. U cant move without a key card on the elevators. my man went bac to the room from the pool an took key card, the kids an I was stuck downstairs til he came to get us. Thats crazy. And the bed was hard. Ashes was on the floor upon arrival and refrigerator was dirty. They took the hot tub away! The kids enjoyed themselves so overall it was a great stay.

Just ok. Will likely not go back.
Our room did not appear to have been cleaned well. The bathroom especially appeared to have not been cleaned. There were stains on the floor, sink and walls. The food and drinks are very expensive.

Worth a couple days
Very well kept hotel. We paid a little extra to upgrade to a modern room. Lots of marijuana and cigarette smoke around even though we had a non smoking room. Very large resort but not the best signage for how large it is. Loved Gordon Ramsay’s place to eat!

Lost, need a blankee, real pillow an pot free room
It was my first visit so check in was confusing There was no map available to locate the various restaurants, etc. the desk agreed - maps should be available I don’t understand no comforters or a blanket.. It means you have to waste energy with higher temp in room. Not eco friendly! No smoking means no pot! My no smoking room smelled terrible - enforce your rules ! More availability (hours) food courts and restaurants.
