Huge disappointment
We were very disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The description said there were 5 beach bars, a restaurant, bar/lounge, and more, but these were some of the amenities that helped us choose this hotel. We get there and they have none of these. They said they sold a property that had these things, but they don’t now. So we basically had to use Uber to take us places for entertainment, when we thought everything would be close by. Also, the room had one mirror in the room. Only the one outside the bathroom by the sink. When you have ladies getting ready to go anywhere, you definitely need more mirrors. The room wasn’t very well lit either. The pool was nice, so that was good. They advertised beach chair rentals for $5, with no mention of a $70 deposit on each chair. That was returned when we returned the chairs, but we just surprised when they told us that.

Think twice....
The room was dark, smelled, tiles in shower area coming off, bed was uncomfortable it was way to soft and sunk in, refrigerator wasn't cold at all, TV was so fuzzy it was hard to see the football game. $12 a night to park!!

Disgusted
Stains on the sheets. When asked to have new ones put on a security guard came and hour later and handed me stuff to do it myself at 12:30am. They also had no more fitted sheets in the entire hotel to put on our bed. When I asked to speak to a manger the next day she told me there was nothing that could be done about it and the sheets were not stained from them. They pillow case had lipstick looking marks with lips and the fitted sheet had matching stains which could only mean they didn’t even change the sheets when we check in at 6:00pm Tuesday. The manager said we could change rooms but that would do nothing to solve the actual issue of sheets that are supposed to be cleaned covered in stains from a previous guest. I was also offered a late check out for an extra 2 hours which is completely ridiculous considering the disgusting sheets we slept on for a night because the stain was covered by the pillows. This is my second stay here and it will be my last! Totally disgusting, rude manager and showed no respect to a paying customer.

Disappointing experience at Ocean Beach Club. I recently had the misfortune of staying for 5 days, and my experience was a complete letdown. The images posted online are entirely misleading, as the hotel is tiny. Poor Housekeeping: No one came to clean my room during my entire stay. The trash was not picked up for the entire 5-day period. I had to request towels before 12 pm, as stated by one staff member at the front desk, every day, which is unacceptable. Lack of care: it's appalling that the hotel staff seems to not care about providing basic services, despite charging for them. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service, which was not met. Do not believe the online images or promises. This hotel fails to deliver.
