Awesome place
All the personnel were great at their job the two women, the front desk and the manager that was here are awesome. They’re very friendly and spoken and the driver that drives you to Busch Gardens and back and while he’s a real good driver, safe courteous and always good to talk to even when you’re outside smoking a cigarette

Weird Odor
I wanted to give a better review because the staff was very helpful, the shuttle back and forth to Busch Gardens was perfect, and the price was great. But there was a horrible odor in the room and i believe it was coming from the bathroom, maybe the water?? I had to keep spraying air freshener. We live in Florida so I'm very familiar with the smell of sulfur water but this odor was very different. If it weren't for the odor I would stay again, everything else.was great

I stayed at Hampton Inn it was nice and convenient. My only thing was the toilet when I flushed it the water didn’t come up, I had to lift the top and press down on the knob to make the water run again. Each time. Overall everything was good the breakfast was nice and tasty.

Roaches
The check in desk was very nice. Room was fine until…. We were there visiting Moffitt Clinic and I had laid out middle of the night medication. When I got up to give my husband his, there were 5 roaches scampering away! Breakfast the next morning was adequate. Scrambled eggs, link sausage cut into rounds. Canned gravy and bisquits. Waffle maker, toaster, good assortment of breakfast muffins. Juice and coffee. Yogurt and bananas and oranges. It was just hard to put the roaches out of my mind while eating. Will not be staying there again.

Perfect family Stay
Friendly Check in process. The staff was above 5 star. The transportation to Busch Garden was super. Friendly driver.. individual service that met our needs to and from park. The breakfast was good and had a variety of breakfast items..had different items each morning. We were super impressed with our stay and will stay here again and share with friends and family looking for accommodations in Tampa.
