This hotel is amazing! The staff are friendly, kind and so helpful, the location is perfect for all the historical sites in the Old City and the breakfast is delicious. And then there is the view, eating breakfast looking at the Dardanelles, Golden Horn and Bosphorus is among the high moments of our travel. An absolute gem of a hotel we will always use when we are in Istanbul.

Absolutely lovely staff in a fantastic location. All the staff but especially Ali, the manager, ensured that I had a fantastic experience- even ensuring that I was well looked after and connected with the right people when I moved on to my next location . We were invited to visit friends in Central Asia and decided to spend some time in Turkey on the way there and back (from Chicago). We zeroed in on Henna Hotel for the following reasons. 1. Proximity to walk to some attractions and the beautiful view from the roof. 2. Shuttle arranged by the hotel to/from both international airports in Istanbul . Our experience as guests at Henna Hotel exceeded our expectations. Communication in English with the hotel via WhatsApp was prompt, efficient, gracious and helpful. We were given clear directions on how to meet the driver at both airports. We were warmly welcomed and served little glasses of cold hibiscus tea while we checked in. The Turkish breakfast with a glorious view on the roof was delicious and so relaxing. The hotel desk arranged for us to be picked up for a lunch boat tour on the Bosphorus by a company they recommend. The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We would gladly go back. The staff at the Hannah hotel went above and beyond with everything for us. The day we departed to go to the cruise ship terminal they made sure we had a van big enough to hold all of us and our luggage. I will definitely say at the Hanna hotel again if we ever go back to Istanbul, Turkey.

Wonderful location and close to everything including public transport; restaurants and shops. General manager Ali was the consumate professional and an absolute gentleman who was very understanding and helpful whenever we had any questions. Henna was a gem of a boutique hotel and we could not have been happier with the service and the facilities.

Excellent hotel
Henna Hotel is a gorgeous small hotel, with beautiful rooms, it looks new, was build some years ago, clean, the bathroom water pressure is very good, great roof top views, very good breakfast and the people working there are very nice and helpful. Thank you Sema, Melisa and the guys for making my stay there, a wonderful experience! I stayed there twice!
