Only stayed for (2) nights before flying home. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are very helpful and the Mercure run a very convenient shuttle service to MRT. Highly recommend this hotel.

Quick one night stay. Great location as near airport train and hotel has shuttle to train station.
Brand new hotel, so hard to find even my uber driver missed entrance twice.

Very clean, quite, well maintained hotel. Terrific staff, friendly, helpful, efficient. I thought it would be a easy walk from the Makkasan metro stop to the hotel given the short distance on the map (<500m). It is short, but the metro exit is the opposite direction from the hotel, so you double the distance walking out and then down to the street level. Also, there is no sidewalk on the road from the metro to the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but just a friendly notice to future guests who plan to walk from the metro to the hotel.

They broke my Suitecase in the Storage, when I was one week in Koh Samui After I came back to the Hotel my suitecase was broken.
They told me that they wont pay for it and cant Tell if it was my fault ore the Hotel staff although I had pictures before I left where it was not broken and After I came when it was broken.
Terrible guest Service ! Breaking someones Luggage and then not taking the responsibillite unbelivable.

Terrible design. There was an arm chair in a very bad spot in the room and I kept kicking into it. Not fun to have to be wary in my own room. Not to mention the bruises I will sustain. Please remove the chair from room 1115. Otherwise a great hotel.

Nice hotel, restaurant and pool area. However, it's hard to reach and despite being very close from the airport train and MRT, it's not walkable and requires a shuttle service that only runs once an hour

Overall was wonderful. They arranged a connecting room for my family. Nice big rooms. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Just have to improve on the tuktuk service more frequently is good.b

Schönes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl. Leider nichts für Leute, die gerne zu Fuß gehen. An einer riesigen Straße ohne Bürgersteig. Selbst für einen 3 min Walk zum 7/11 muss man einen transfer nehmen. Tae und Boy waren insgesamt sehr hilfreich. Für eine Nacht war es aber ok
