We stayed 2 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised by the large space of our room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and a walking distance to the train station. We loved it!

The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. Total absence of EQ.

The location and apartments were fabulous and well maintained and equipped. The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.

Very nice

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a very good location. Can walk to everywhere. Highly recommended. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful but there was an issue with communication prior to check in. On hotels.com it says that check-in is from 5 to 7. That is just not true. The front desk is open for more hours than that. When we called to ask about this as we were coming in later than seven we got a person who was completely unhelpful and pretended to not know English or French. They need to correct the listing on hotels.com.

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there, including breakfast. The pool facilities were good even with a bit colder weather. The location and parking are convenient.

Resort belägen mellan Trouville och Deauville med ett par minuters promenad till bådas centrum. Hade bokat och betalat för enrumslägenhet med balkong (till skillnad från terrass) och utgick från att få en lägenhet på andra våningen eller högre. Fick tyvärr lägenhet på bottenplan åt gatan. Försökte förtvivlat få igång ACn genom manöverpanelen på rummet, utan framgång. I receptionen informerade man oss om att inga lägenheter på bottenplan var utrustade med AC. Mao var manöverpanelen bara en attrapp. Erbjöds, liksom tidigare gäst beskrivit, en bordsfläkt. Personalen i receptionen var hövlig men inget mer. Poolområdet använde vi aldrig men såg fint ut. Lätt att parkera gratis kvällar och nätter på gatorna i området. Väljer troligen ett annat boende om vi får anledning att återkomma till Deauville.

Nice and spacey apartment

Very nice apartment - very spacey for 3 persons. Nice area with many restaurants, bakeries etc. nearby. Parking in basement agains extra fee. Nice pool area with connecting indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue was lack of information about the placing of the apartment when we arrived.

Sehr gut gelegen, Ausstattung praktisch aber wenig gemütlich. Bis auf die Dusche sauber. Parkgarage unter der Anlage war sehr praktisch. Toller Pool, aber viel zu stark beheizt, um darin zu schwimmen.

Bodde två nätter i hotellets lägenhet med väl utrustat kök i toppskick. Vi trivdes bra både på hotellet och i närliggande område. Perfekt läge mellan Trouville-sur-Mer och Deauville.

Ce n'est pas un etablissement de 5 etoiles

Pour etablissement de 5 etoiles, la litterie est mediocre, le balcon est super sale, l'appartement n'est pas propre ainsi que les mobiliers, et pas de chaines internationales à la tele.Ensuite, on doit nettoyer et vider les poubelles avant de quitter le lieu.. on n'a jamais vu ça pour meme des etablissements de 2 ou 3 etoiles. C'est une grosse deception.

n'a de premium que le nom

Piscine superbe si on fait abstraction de l'homme qui surveille. Chambre sous les combles sombre. Séjour très bruyant à cause de la ventillation/vmc de la cuisine ouverte donc impossible de dormir sans boules kyes. Je ne parle pas de la clim car on ne l'a pas utilisée je parle bien du VMC au dessus des placards de la cuisine qui est impossible à fermer et est très bruyant.

Séjour très agréable. Mis à part quelques détails : L'appartement aurait pu être un peu plus propre. Les coussins du canapé étaient mal fixés. Nous avons regretté que les casiers de la piscine ne se fermaient pas. Il aurait pu y avoir plus de sécurité au niveau de l'entrée dans la résidence, les bâtiments ainsi que le parking

Beau complexe, pratique parking fermé. Bon accueil, appartements propres et bien agencés. Seuls petits points négatifs : vestiaires piscine HS et température de l'eau piscine beaucoup trop froide. Sauna et Hammam OK. Sinon, à proximité immédiate des plages et du centre, à pied, très bien situé.
