Every staff member we met was absolutely lovely very friendly very helpful.
The room was clean and tidy and kept reasonably up to date as per 90% of accommodation the bed was slightly too firmed for my liking but all in all no complaints

Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a small dairy and take away shop within a few minutes walk. I used my private spa pool and the main pools during my time. FYI, not a big deal to me, but in the private room you can only access the water for the spa tub between 7:30-9:30am, then again at 2:30-11:00 pm. But the main pools are open so...I did like that it was adult only! It was very relaxing and I would stay again.

My wife & I enjoyed our two night stay at this property, it’s somewhat dated but very clean. The owners a were very friendly and obliging, and our balcony was a nice place to sit and relax overlooking the lake.
