Lovely apartment in an awesome location. We had a car and finding the parking was chalk but once that was sorted we were very comfortable in this property. Plenty of room for us (2 adults, 2 older teens). Washer dryer in the apartment. Apartment was clean and tidy with good facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for restaurants, shops, public transport.

if you use ubber and bolt from airport , they will not dropped you at the hotel, you need taxi, because It's in Pedestrian area, maybe in high session it will be noisy. I was there in the low session, and it's a little bit, no to much noisy, but the location is great

The concierge team was fantastic—very helpful with booking restaurant reservations and always available when needed. However, housekeeping was lacking. The sheets were never changed during our stay, and the floors didn’t seem to be cleaned at all. There was also a slight odor in the bathroom. The suite itself could use some maintenance and care. While the location of the property was excellent, the property manager was not as friendly. She blamed us for breaking the washing machine when it simply wouldn’t open. Luckily, the concierge mentioned that this issue happens often and quickly arranged for a handyman to come on the weekend so we could retrieve our clothes before checkout.

Great Hotel and Location for Old Town Nice
This is a wonderful hotel...spacious room and nice amenities! It is located very near many good restaurants and shopping areas in Old Town Nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful... There is an underground parking garage within less than a block from the hotel. The hotel is in the ZTL zone and difficult to reach by car. Our driver from the train station was not familiar with the garage being available with 1 hour free parking, so he had to drop us off 1 block from the hotel. He could have driven into the garage and immediately exited, without having to pay, and the exit from the garage is very close to the hotel and could have dropped us there. If you are driving a car, please keep this in mind as it's convenient to go thru the garage to drop bags closer to the hotel.... You won't be disappointed staying here!!!

The property was cold when asked to put the heating on was told it is not winter but can have an extra duvet. Return from all day tour yesterday and wanted to have a shower then go out to dinner, the water was completely cold was told that they were draining the boiler and therefore there was nothing they could do and it was unfortunate. The water came back on at 10pm 3 hours later resulting in us having Uber eats fast food. For the amount of money we paid for the property this is unacceptable.

The hotel and staff is great. Excellent location for walking the old town and north of old town. Our room was on the 3rd floor with the windows facing the front of the building. The very loud noise from the bars on the corner was a major problem when trying to go to sleep. These bars are loud and stay open to early morning hours. Even using ear plugs doesn’t help.
