    Design District

    The Miami Design District is where you can find all your favourite luxury and upscale brands. This neighbourhood north of Downtown Miami is a swanky blend of designer brands, art galleries, high-end restaurants, and antique shops.

    The district covers a few blocks and includes over 60 boutiques stores from well-known designers such as Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Versace and Christian Louboutin.     Miracle Mile is the bustling shopping strip at the centre of Miami’s Coral Gables neighbourhood. Rather than a defined mall, this shopping destination occupies half a mile of the Coral Way in the trendy and sophisticated neighbourhood. It’s lined with Mediterranean-style buildings and over 200 retail stores.

    Miracle Mile is particularly known for having independent boutiques and specialist stores. In particular, it’s considered the best place to go shopping for a wedding dress, with popular stores including Pronovias, Bellissima Bridal Designs and Merlili Bridal Boutique clustered together at the western end of the street.     The Falls

    A sprawling open-air shopping mall in South Miami

    The Falls is a picturesque shopping mall in South Miami. The sprawling open-air venue has a combination of retail shops, casual restaurants and a theatre. It’s a great mid-range mall with popular brands such as Gap, Talbots, Pandora and Victoria’s Secret. It also has a couple of larger department stores, such as T.J Maxx and Macy’s.

    Tropicana Flea Market

    Large outdoor flea market with home goods, food and clothing

    The Tropicana Flea Market is one of the most popular weekend markets in Miami. It’s located northeast of Downtown Miami on NW 36th Street, which is known for its automotive businesses and car shops. The market attracts people from all over the city to browse the many items for sale, such as clothing, home goods, auto accessories, and food.

    This outdoor flea market features over 200 indoor and outdoor vendors. Established in 1992, the Tropicana Flea Market is now one of the largest flea markets in the city. It only operates on weekends from morning until evening. There's also a range of food trucks with hot meals if you’re feeling peckish.
