New Shoreham is an island town in Rhode Island with only 15.6 square kilometres of land mass and surrounded by water, providing visitors with outdoor experiences, historic sites and relaxation. The South East Lighthouse is among the most famous sites in the region, with a lighthouse that has been operating since 1875. The Block Island Lighthouse, not far away, also dates to the 19th century and provides a brownstone beacon with gorgeous panoramic views.
