Super nice grandma managing the b&b helped by his family. Lovely and close to ski slopes by car (20 mins). Of course not a luxury location given the price, but very good price to quality ratio. Call before to organize the checkin!

A One Woman Show

I guess it is all a question of what you expect. If you are looking for luxury, this is not what you are looking for. If you are looking for the charm you sometimes find in small hotel on the country side, you will probably enjoy your stay. This is an imperfect pearl where the owner does everything from cleaning your room to managing the books. She is also the chef, the receptionist and the local taxi driver. This means that you have to adapt, but as long as you are prepared to do so, le grillon could put a smile on your face.

Trives veldig godt på dette lille hotellet mellom Corbier og St. Jean De Maurienne. Servicen er bra, men man bør være klar over at eieren også kjører taxi, så det er ikke alltid at hun er der. I år hadde de til og med fått en ansatt som snakket litt norsk - eieren snakker kun fransk, men de andre ansatte snakker rimelig bra engelsk. Maten er helt grei, men middagsserveringen er noe spesiell (Enten så liker man det, eller så liker man det ikke).

Très bien pour un court séjour en famille

Séjour de 3 nuits avec 2 enfants. Hôtel confortable et silencieux. Très accueillant. La propriétaire est très gentille et courageuse. Jeux pour enfant à l'extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux et bon. L'hotel est bien placé pour aller au Corbier et à la Toussuire en 5/10 minutes en voiture ou navette. Notre chambre avait une très belle vue (voir les photos).
