Great stay, a little bit more could have been made about the fact we were celebrating our 30th wedding anuverary, but the sraff were fantastic. One down side was having to fight our way through yhe crowds of tourists who were always outside the front door of the hotel, it was anoying, when posdible we used the side door through the shops. Also i would have preferred an option of an a la carte menu in the palm court restaurant

Location, suite was amazing! Wish they had more restaurants to choose from on the property. We also didn’t get a chance to do the tea spot because it was booked for over a week. I found out later because staff didn’t mention this but our suite had priority and we could have gone in. We also had a butler but we didn’t see him again after checking us into hotel. Overall it was very luxurious and great food for what they had.

Best stay EVER!!

OMG-the absolute BEST experience staying at a hotel! It is such an iconic hotel in the heart of NYC, but what makes this beautiful place so incredibly special is the staff. They are all out of this world amazing and kind-can’t recommend this hotel enough, I will definitely be back!
