I have regularly stayed at this hotel over the last 12 years for business purposes. I have always found the facilities and the team to be very professional.
Its a very relaxed hotel and caters for all needs regarding choice of restaurants. Easy access to the exhibition halls and business areas, and great views of the creek from the creek-side rooms.

A wonderful hotel that is a 10 min ride to downtown. Great restaurant and bar options and the breakfast buffet in the morning was impressive. Shiiani at rhe buffet was incredibly helpful!

Love the hotel's location close to old dubai and gold souk. Nice view of the city and staff is very friendly. Only downside this seems to be a business oriented hotel rather than family or friends vacation type hotel. The security and privacy is too high, if your rooms are in different floors you have to ask security to let you access other floors that are not your own.
