The room was fairly clean, staff seemed sidetracked talking to each other at least when we went to front desk but when we had a problem with the air conditioning not working (not kicking on and thermostat was just a blank screen) the lady at the front desk did not even apologize or acknowledge the issue other than when we checked out she would let someone know. Didn't seem to care. We woke up in the middle of the night roasting. Location was convenient with less traffic than downtown and there are some restaurants within walking distance as well as the ferry boats. Parking is extra $, no free parking for guests.

The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy.
