Çocuklar için çok müsait bakımlı bir ortak bahçe ve çocuk parkı var. Gece aydınlatması harika. Sezon olmadığı için havuza girmedik fikrim yok. İletişimde destek olan Muhammed Bey iletişimi kolay misafir perver bir arkadaş, teşekkürler. Temizlik açısından daha önce benzer fiyat bandında kaldığım evlere göre iyi değil, çok zayıf.Verandası geniş , veranda kullanmasakta bir jakuzi var mevsimde keyifli olabilir. Evin özel bahçesi çok küçük yada yok gibi bişey. Bahçe arayışı olanlar ortak bahçede takılabilir.
