Check in and out was easy and efficient. The shuttle service is great and was very prompt. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. Appreciated the bottles of water upon checking in. The location is really close to LAX and was easy for quick ride share pickups. Would stay here again!

Third time at this renovated Hyatt at LAX. Love the modern upgrade and excellent rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice dinner menu. Dining room though seems like a cafeteria. Other hotels at LAX have nicer dining rooms.
