I had a good stay. Clean room, pleasant dining experience. No problems with staff. Hotel rooms start from the 11th floor up; walking up the stairs to your room may be exhausting. You can't exit until you reach the 11th floor. I think this may be helpful information for anyone who is hesitant about riding elevators.

The stay was ok. The room was ok. Definitely not the nicest staff and not the cleanest hotel. For the amount of money paid, I would definitely not do it again. The nicest people we encountered were the valet guys. One of the waitresses at breakfast was absolutely so nasty that we did not go back there again for breakfast the rest of the time. Definitely not impressed. Outdated hallways and the elevator were pretty dirty in the mornings. I always stay at Marriotts and this was not a great experience.
