We had a wonderful stay! Our daughters loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was a big plus. We always found chairs by the pool or at the beach. All the staff was really helpful. We will definitely be back. We found plenty of dining options around the hotel or you can take the free trolley to go more south.

Very disappointing especially for the price.
The Palms seemed in photos to be beautiful but at over $700 a night it really disappointed. The room was clean and well decorated but quite small. The bathroom was tiny and could not accommodate more than one person at a time. The property's strict rule about check in (4:00) and checkout 11:00 meant that this was a 19 hour stay. They were unyielding and not very polite about this.
