Beautiful resort, everyone who worked there were extremely helpful, kind and professional. The food was great, we ate at the buffet for breakfast which was great. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pools and the beach were nice and clean. My husband and I are planning on going back with our family, we loved it so much. Punta Cana is a beautiful place. Highly recommend.

I wish I had been at the Zilara longer than three days! The room was excellent and perfectly clean and the food was amazing. The only thing that I feel could be improved is having more food options for those of us with dairy allergies, especially desserts. Aside from that, my stay was perfect.

Everything about this resort is excellent. The pool areas are is huge and have plenty of seating, there are staff everywhere willing to help with anything, the beach is also amazing. There are activities all throughout the day and entertainment every night, the restaurants are fantastic. This resort is modern, clean and beautiful. You can't go wrong staying here.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Zilara. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days in which we relaxed so much. Food and drinks were amazing! Many restaurants to choose from since the twin sister hotel Hyatt Ziva is right next to it. Lots of entertainment, amazing beach, the pools were great. I totally recommend it specially for couples that just want to chill by the water and not worry about planning a whole schedule.
