The owner and staff are very friendly and kind people the brand may not get much attention on Expedia but we had a huge bed and a nice little area to cook and eat a lot of amenities I didn’t expect to have here. It is conveniently located. Check-in staff was courteous, and easy. Door keys are great. You can tell it recently changed hands and some work has been done, but more needs to be done on the rooms. Like cleanliness, missing hair dryer, no outside seating, vents in bathroom didn't work, GCFI plug didn't work, AC took forever to cool room (bought an oscillating fan and that helped ALOT), some marker like stains on the sheets, peels on ceiling. Just little stuff like that. Fabric softener not used on towels. But for the price it was just fine. If you want an economy price then you need to be fine with it. If not then you need to find a more expensive place to stay and pay the higher price per night.

Dead bugs in bathroom and next to bed. Was woke up at 10am day of checkout to be asked if I needed towels or toilet paper. Was only there one night.
