Hotel was centrally located to many stores & restaurants & the area was very walkable. The staff was very professional & friendly as well as informative. The food at the Spotted Zebra was tasty, cozy little spot to dine! Wishing the Starbucks stayed opened later. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Very enjoyable stay! Visit the historical sites; tour the city on the Hop On/Hop Off tours; visit the museums which are diverse & has something for everyone. Also, check out Union Station, the architecture is amazing!

The Washington Marriott at Metro Center is an upscale Marriot in the heart of DC. It is conveniently located adjacent to a Metro station and short walks from restaurants, museums, Smithsonian, theaters. The facilities are very well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. There is nothing not to like. It is an excellent base of operations. That said, it is also on the expensive side. If you are going to take advantage of what the hotel has to offer and "enjoy the experience", the price is certainly justified. If you are being a tourist and need a base of operations at which you will only sleep in the room for a few hours a day, then maybe there are less expensive options.

I was so comfortable and happy in this hotel. It felt like a home away from home. My room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed being on the Club level with breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks. I always felt safe and knew I was a valued customer. The location is top notch. There’s a metro stop steps away from hotel. I could easily walk to Smithsonian museums and other sites. There were numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

Super clean room, the whole hotel smelled so good, the aesthetics were 10/10. Looking forward to staying there again. Only bummer was that I really was looking forward to eating breakfast at the spotted zebra restaurant but they stopped selling breakfast as soon as I arrived at 11:02 AM 😢. You guys should consider extending breakfast throughout brunch hours.
