The carpet in the room is very dated. We asked for cutlery, room services and glass wine glasses and were told that they do not provide this service in a suite room. The breakfast was terrible with very little choice. Staff can hardly speak any English or assist you in finding your whereabouts. I hate to think what a cheaper room provides. My advice do not book this hotel it is also far from skiing and everyday amenities.

Great that the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the ski slopes. If you are new to Korea give the Korean Sauna a go in the hotel, it’s a great facility.
