The polyester robe instead of a cotton terry was a big disappointment along with having to pay for internet service if you aren’t a Bonvoy member. And finally, room service without a tray to sit and enjoy your meal with someone over a conversation … today’s world is missing the amenities with prices going higher and higher but service lower and lower. Overall the stay was great!

Long waits on towels, wash clothes, etc spoke to cindy three times on the ETA and i never received any answers or feed back. Ask for a manager to call me never recieved a call. The restaurant harassed my daughter and granddaighter. It was not a great experience for this high end hotel..
