Brandon at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The hotel was conveniently located & within walking distance of the Premiere Orlando Show. Also restaurants were within walking distance as well. The only major issue was our room had been gone through. As far as we could tell nothing was taken. However it still doesn’t negate the fact that someone took the time to go through our personal items but didn’t so much as refresh our room or even leave clean towels. We did report it, so far we haven’t been contacted or told any outcome over the situation.
