I thought the room was nice and clean. When I first arrived one of the staff members at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming. However, the other staff members were nice.

Clean room, tiny bathroom.
The elevator was not working. The person checking in before me was offered a room away from the sounds of the train. However, was not offered to me. The hotel was not near capacity, and I should have been offered the same courtesy. The room was clean. However, I will not stay again.

Typical motel style experience
The room was noisy from highway traffic and train station but for the price was good enough to give a decent rating.

After Midnight - Sleeping Staff
We travelled from out of state and arrived at 3am. The night clerk was asleep with his head on the desk. I had to tap the glass and greet him several times to wake him. He required the person whose name was on the reservation (not just his ID, he was in the car) so I had to switch with him. So, my fiance gets the room, the clerk said it would be extra for the crib, despite this website saying a crib would be free. Second, the clerk stated the room was paid for on the card, however, we had requested to pay cash. He cancelled the card payment and processed the cash. He told my fiance to park anywhere. All this in short, abbreviated, barely discernible sentences. After struggling with the elevator not accepting our cards, we went to the stairs toting kids and bags and struggled with the door to the second floor. Finally, it greenlighted us and we were greeted with the fragrant smell of incense masking a septic odor. The room was musky. The lamp on the switch was unplugged, so we fumbled for lights. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The room looked too small for a crib, so we opted against it. I called the front desk for a wake up call. After several rings, he groggily greeted a barely audible, "desk" and gave my request, but no call in the morning. Air conditioner was awful and room was humid. Barely slept, bed was comfy though. Morning staff was polite and cheerful, check out was a breeze and elevator worked fine.
