It’s in a great location. The manager during check in was great. The line was backed up, and he recognized that and apologized for the line and offered wine to help the mood as most people were there for a concert. The front desk staff could have been more energetic but they were still very cordial. Our room was very clean and the AC worked. The only complaint of the room was that the bathroom was dated. The hot water was so so the morning of check out. The other elevators must be fixed. Two operating elevators in a hotel that size is unacceptable. Other small improvements include ceiling tiles that need replaced. Overall, it was a place to sleep but not a place to stay. A little TLC could help improve the property move to a place people want to come back to.

Bad experience from start to finish. Air was out and not able to be fixed per maintenance. No other room available to move to or any option of partial refund. Other guest was having the same issues as us seeing they was at the front desk reporting as well. Other serious issues was only one of the four elevators was working so that added a bunch of time waiting. No ice machines working so you had to go to the front desk wish caused issues. This property has seen better days!
