overall good experience, there was mold in the shower but I was only there 1 night . Also room was very clean. Location is perfect, parking was convenient if you park in the garage it’s attached so you don’t have to park on the street . It was quiet almost 2 quiet . I would personally stay there again

I didnt see bugs. Aside from that I have to help someone save their money. The room we got had a gorgeous view of the city and the state house. However getting off the elevator there was a terrible smell. Our room also had a smell like water damage. However this was different from the hall that smelled like a dead body. There was water damage in the bathroom. The corner wall looked like it was melting in the bathroom, no hand soap, and the toliet paper looked like someone dropped it in the toliet and then put it back on the roller. There was an outlet missing half the cover and the fridge was hardly workng. Also we were told it was 17 dollars for 24 hours of parking. Its 24 for 17 hours. It was vean but it clearly needed fixed and stocked. I do not know how they do it but the bed not only sucks but the pillows look fluffy and when touched deflat flat like a crepe. I don't know how they made it so deceiving. There were no bugs and coffee in the room. It appeared clean but smelled otherwise.

This hotel must be transitioning ownership as it is seriously understaffed for its size and was practically empty. I will say the people working there were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the location was safe and good for my needs. There was lots of street parking available over the weekend. I would stay here again.

I stayed for five nights and had some pros/cons. For starters, the staff is helpful and very kind. They answered any questions I had as well as had a smooth check in/check out. The hotel lobby has plenty of comfy seats, water, coffee, which is a nice amenity. The location is also close by to restaurants, cafes, and a dollar general. Easily walkable. My room was also spacious, mattress was comfortable for the most part. Quiet at night also was great! The cons were other parts of my room. The shower was not great. It was clearly broken and needed repair, it would hang loosely and awkwardly making it difficult to shower. The water pressure was also not great. The lights in my room were automatic sensors, therefore every time you moved, the lights turned on. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to use the bathroom at night without waking up the other person. I highly recommend the hotel to deactivate this feature as it is extremely inconvenient. Pillows were on the lumpy side. No fridge was also a bummer. My room number was 919 if the hotel would like to fix the issues. Overall, I would stay here again if there weren’t any other better choices.

The room and hotel were very clean, no smells or stand out gross items and the view of the city was nice. We most likely will not stay here again; however, because the air conditioning did not seem to be working (a common complaint after talking to other guests). Though there were 4 elevators on site, it seemed only 2 were working, causing a lot of wait time just to get to the lobby or our room.
