Nice place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and the room for handicap was perfect.

I was not able to stay in this hotel. Bathroom door was falling off, toilet seat was not attached, hotel personnel are extremely rude and the manager didn’t seem to care. I was in the room all of 19 min and some stranger came walking in. Rooms were not ready at check-in and it smelled like death. Felt like a crack hotel! Save your money and go someplace else.

Won't ever stay here again. Rooms wasn't ready at check in. A/C was weak took forever to cool off room. Shower was extremely difficult to work, pop up was corroded in place. The 2 redeeming qualities was the breakfast and the counter staff who was doing everything they could to accommodate everyone.

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable! The staff was pleasant. We had to keep in mind that this was not THEIR hotel, they just worked there. We saw awards in the lobby from 2012. Everything about this hotel dates farther back than that. It's terribly in need of a gut job and remodel. Sheets and towels were stained. We booked for 2 nights and stayed because it was non-refundable. Never again. Our check-in guy was awesome and the gentleman who cooked our Sunday breakfast was fantastic.

The staff overall was friendly and they worked hard to provide good service, however, the place itself was very old and dirty. We were missing drawers to a dresser in our room, no batteries for our TV remote, there was a busted drawer in dresser in main room. Also smelled of stale smoke and stains on couch. Overall, would not recommend for family stay. Would be fine for someone needed a bed to sleep if working out of town but nothing more.

This hotels used to be really nice. Not anymore. First room had holes in wall and bathroom door. Chunk of wood missing from dresser, stains on the sheets, AC unit with no cover, just the metal insides. Garbage and dirt on the floor. Asked for a second room. Second room was dirty also but no holes in the walls and all the lights worked. Blood stains on the pillows though. Will never stay here again!

As you walk in to the lobby and hallway there’s a weird smell like mildew or a wet animal everywhere. Was given a handicap room that needed some repairs. Overall not the worst room we have had.

The room was in need of a lot of repairs. Blow brier almost started on fire. A wash cloth was laying flat between my sheets, light bulbs were burnt out, keys kept not working, furniture was broken,toilet barley flushed, hottub had so much clorine it bleached my suit. I have stayed here many times this year and notice that the staff works very hard. They are always friendly, professional and welcoming and have accommodated what I needed at every stay. Rates are great and breakfast is cooked to order and hot. Thank you Days Inn Bismarck staff
