Attention to Detail Arawa Park

We have stayed at this hotel before, so knew it would suit our requirements for an overnight stay. The place is rather old fashioned, but has large comfortable warm rooms, great shower and bed. Would stay here again. The only thing we did notice is the dirty meal tray/plates that were never cleared away, that had been left in the corridors outside rooms of previous occupiers, not a good look.

Was close to family i was visiting and everything was of good quality
Mark, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is amazingly spacious. While other hotels are squeezed into small space, this one is completely: huge rooms, huge halls huge dinning areas. It is also clean, safe and functional. This is not our first visit, and we will visit it again.

Karl, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was spacoius and beds comfortable. Although the hotel and room were pretty run down. Additionally there was a clicking noise coming from the walls at one point, just as we were trying to sleep.

Find Better Alternatives

I feel this property isn't well-maintained. Bathrooms don't feel clean and the room we got, which faced the park/parking lot, didn't have a good window insulation. That meant that air entered the room through the old windows, and the A/C didn't work half of the time, and the heater in the room was turned on. The bed felt more like a double than a queen size but regardless, my back hurt after sleeping one night. By comparison, Hana Lodge is top-notch and not that much more expensive.

Good value

Comfortable accommodations
Brian, 1-night trip

Property was in a nice area, amenities were clean and washing facilities were provided. Biggest complaint is had cancelled the 1st night within the specified time frame and was not provided with a refund even though everything was followed for the cancellation policy. Will not be staying here again.
Rebecca, 3-night trip

My wife & I enjoyed our (brief) stay, & we will stay here on our next visit
Stephen, 1-night trip

Very spacious rooms. Had everything we needed for our stay.
