We booked a full ocean view room, but the room that we received was a partial ocean view. We did ask the staff about this, but were told that it was ocean view. Having been to the property previously, we were aware of which rooms were full view, and that was not the case here, where a separate building blocked our view to the beach. We also had to go to the front desk to get a linen/towel replacement for the second night. I don't know if they do not change out linens automatically anymore if you only stay 2-3 days, or if they had forgotten our room. We called, and were told that towels were on the way, but 45-50 minutes later we had to go get them ourselves. The bed was a king, but not very comfortable. On the positive side, the property is convenient and walkable, and it is pet-friendly. As noted above, we have been this property in the past, and had a good experience. It's possible that this was just a one-off, but we came away very disappointed this trip.
