Hotel is beautiful, pretty river view room, nice staff, comfy beds, but bathrooms need updates/fixed. Shower water was cold both at night and in the morning, drain clogged or something which made for standing water that took forever to get rid of. If you're coming in for an event GET THERE EARLY or you will wait forever for valet and check in!! We went for Morgan Wallen, got there at 1:00, in the room at 1:45 which was great considering what others were saying. Would definitely stay again though!

We had a great time and the hotel and staff were great. The location is perfect. Easy walk to PNC, Market Square, subway and right at Point State Park. Valet parking was great, I've used private decks staying here before but pay a little extra for valet here, especially if you plan to drive anywhere. Only issue was the pull out sofa in the Jr Suite was awful. Not sure there is ever a good pull out sleeper but this one was terrible. Other than that everything about the hotel and the stay was awesome.
