Not as good as advertised
First room we got was dirty, unclean, baseboards were falling off, and the AC unit didn't work. We moved rooms into a better cleaned room but definitely outdated. Bed was uncomfortable. One of the two elevators was out of service the whole 3 days and it took forever to go from 7th floor to lobby. They also tack on an "destination fee" of $10/day which was not something written on the hotels.com website. Overall surprised at the other positive reviews.

Awful
The property description was misleading…parking price was additional to stated cost of room; grills outside were inoperable because the propane was turned off and some grills vandalized. Staff tried to help us find a way to cook meat in our room but it was useless. Areas with carpet were dirty and floors dirty overall. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Not the best
We were told on check in day that since we were staying for a week, that we would have someone come to our room mid week. Mid week came and no one had came to the room. We were leaving for the day and made sure to tell front desk about needing more towels and toilet paper they made of note of it and when we came back we still had nothing. We also had room service ask us if we were gone for the day to which we said yes and they didn’t come by our room to do anything. The line was long at the front desk so we decided to call and no one answered. We had to call many times to finally get through. There was a member of the front desk that also made a mistake with other members of our family’s room booking.
