Property was good but they shutdown the elevators at night and people have to use the stairs to upper floors, carrying luggage sometimes. This needs to be addressed

A bit awkward never seeing any of the management staff, had to use whatsapp and wait for a reply! Not easy for a foreigner to sit and wait for communication. Heat in the apartment never worked, was cold the entire stay. Dining room and living room nice.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The property manager is super communicative from pre-arrival through to departure.
