This hotel offers NO early check-in. Which by itself does sound so bad, however when you've been travelling from anywhere west, your flights most often get in early in the morning, which leaves you stranded until 3 p.m. then at three when everyone has been sitting in the lounge for hours, tired, waiting for their rooms, while the front desk staff is literally doing nothing, there is a giant swarm to check in all at once, which took me over an hour to get into my room with an added system outtage. All of this is meant to point out how inefficient the whole process is and which creates unnecessary waiting and bottleneck at check in. I saw this every day there as i stayed for over a week. Why not get guests checked in as rhey arrive to make them more comfortable if rooms are available? Isn't your business hospitality? On top of this the girl that i initially spoke to, was completely rude and not helpful. Need less to say, while the accommodations are descent for the price you pay, the service and unnecessary polocies erode all value you receive. Will not stay here again. Would rather pay more and not deal with this.
