Opened too early
Hotel isn’t yet finished. No swimming pool, lifts not yet all in working order and still doing work in hotel foyer. Some floors not yet open. Did not get the room I booked. View was of pool deck building site shown in photo. Location poor if you want restaurants as the food court beneath the hotel and the convenience stores shut at 7-7.30pm. Will be lovely, but currently not the hotel I was led to believe I was booking. Very disappointing.

Not all that great...
I was asked to put 100 dollars on my card in case I used amenities or whatnot. Still not understanding why this was done. Nothing in the room cost money, Water was complimentary and coffee was as well. I was a single traveler, no kids no pets. I still don’t know why 100 dollars was held hostage. Also there was a toe nail in the middle of the floor...other than that the style of the place is nice, it is centrally located but they don’t have parking. You will have to keep your car in the mall parking and it’s about 50 dollars a night or pay the m99 dollars a day for valet parking.

This hotel was in great proximity to the National Mall and easily walking distance to the Wharf. Was very modern. Be aware parking was $50 per night.

Great location/ value for money. Excellent stay!
Great location, great place, right above a food court - so plenty of food options. Very close to The Mall - so walking distance to many attractions including the Washington Monument and a bunch of the Smithsonian Museums. We got a room which had the pool construction debris outside the window - and at $230 per night, I would have liked them to consider my request to give us a room on the same floor but facing the outside of the building, at least when I asked for it. That would have been the classy thing to do. Instead, the nice and polite lady at the reception told me rooms at "your level of booking" were not available. I can't really complain about that since the hotel may have been full, but nevertheless, paying that kind of money to not even be able to open the curtains of the window is not on. Anyway, since I was on a business trip and was out quite a bit during the day, it didn't matter as such. But I can imagine a family traveling for vacation not being too happy with it, especially if they had kids. Overall still a very nice and convenient place for business and vacation trips.

Good option!
Amazingly clean and great location. Some great small details make the room extra comfortable! Love the lighting, colors and linens. Shuttle to the wharf and national mall was great. Overall nice renovated smaller hotel. FD was not able to accommodate early/late check-in, but did store our luggage. Pool construction noise started by 9am daily on our floor.

Close to DC Sights
Such a fantastic location! Steps to the Spy Museum and short distance to the Washington Mall. The rooms were super clean and the king beds were very comfortable. The room had a massive tv as well which my 12 year old thought was terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel for families wanting to visit DC sights.

We had asked for a reserved a "pool view" room and hotels.com confirmed that it was one. But there is no pool and certainly no pool view. All we see outside our window is a roof with construction trash all over the place. When we asked the front desk staff at Hilton, all they could say was "the pool is under construction" and that they could not do anything about it. They did not even offer a different room.
