First time at Hyatt Regency
Hotel was nice, any service requests we had were dealt with very quickly. Michael was our server for the buffet breakfast twice and he was awesome. Definitely made the trip feel magical and took great care of us and the kids. The OC brewhouse where we had dinner one night. The waitress didn’t write down any part of our order and 2 of the 3 meals came out wrong and had to be returned. To her credit she did comp the bill without us asking which I appreciated.
