Overall beautiful stay!

It was a nice hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were so friendly as well as maintenance. Only major problem was we went for the pool and on our last day they did not open the pool until 6 pm. They said it was due to maintenance but not once did we see someone in there working. Some staff were confused like us as to why it was closed.

Clean, friendly but room needs some maintenance

The drain in the bathroom sink was not working properly a was very slow to drain. Reported issue, was told it was fixed. Never worked properly for entire stay. Lamp shade missing a nut, fell off every time turned light off. Very small rom for asking Bed and sofa bed. Most uncomchair I have ever sat in.

Well, staff were super nice! Top notch! That’s why they got my 3 stars. Otherwise i probably have gave them 00000! Rooms like so bad felt like I was in motel 6 ! Hyatt brand disappointed me! Everyone and everything was nice. The hotel could use some upgrades like having outlets on BOTH sides of the bed, and I guess I’m not used to not being able to enjoy an enclosed shower. Other than that, it was a great stay. We will definitely stay here again and take the train downtown.

I have stayed at that location several times before and that is why I chose it for this stay. I felt more attention needs to be given to the décor. There are wore and dirty areas. The door on the room I stayed in was in very poor condition on the exterior side.
