Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip, was okay, the breakfast options were satisfactory. They are pretty eco-friendly which is a plus. It was pretty clean and the shower was nice. Clearly well kept hotel, if another business trip to ratingen happens, I would stay again, but maybe take a bigger room next time.

Lovely Town

Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and has a tram station across the wat ,100 yards which is the U 702 which takes 20 into Dusseldorf.Ratingen itself is a quaint little town with a lovely market square.Only downside to the hotel was no air conditioning especially as we had a heatwave with temperatures in the 30s.Staff were nice and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

As the room was very hot we had to leave the window open, which made for a noisy night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast gave us an ample choice of food. Thank you kindly.

Had a good night before early flight from the airport. Some hear trains but I slept soundly and was not bothered. Room was clean, bright and very comfortable. Had a nice breakfast before taxi came to take me to airport. Will stay again!

The parking is very tight but available. We had to ask for basics, items in the room such as glasses were not replaced when used. We had an issue accessing the wifi and it took days before a staff member was working who knew how to access it. Then it worked fine.

The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great.
