First peraon at the front desk was rude. I asked fora second key card when we arrived, he said i got the last one, yet it was 3pm and most rooms were still not checked into yet. The next day the girl at the front desk laughed and said they had a whole box of them and he probably just wanted to get rid of me. Our room had lots of issues. Broken chain lock on the door, half the lights didnt work, the shower never worked, empty tissue box, 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no hand soaps, no sink drain stopper, stained sheets and you only get 2 small pillows per bed (I asked for more, but of course the guy at the front desk said they didn't have any). I also went down and let him know of all these issues, he said he'd let someone know to fix them the next day while we were out, we got back in late andof course nothing was fixed,we had to go to a relativea house just to shower. The most painful thing was the metal peace of bed frame that was sticking out from under the bed skirt, I hit my shin on that in the middle of the night on the way to the restroom and probably woke up the whole hotel with the yelp I let out. If we hadn't prepaid for this stay we would've cancelled and gone elsewhere, but of course the guy at the front desk said it was non refundable. I've stayed at many hotels, and even motels, but this one is by far the worst one. I wish we could've gotten our money back.
