We were dissapointed because the air conditioner was shut off. The hotel was chiar because you advertise the air conditioner. Your Front desk employee Alejandro was very helpful and professional, helped us find places to visit which otherwise we could find. Very impressed by his attitude, you are lucky to have him. The breakfast was very tasty and all the persons who work for breakfast room were very attentive. Hope to return to your hotel one day.

Hotel was clean and well presented with good breakfast options available for all taste. Room 640 was adequate however no kettle was available for making tea, this had to be collected from reception if you wanted one. Only negative was seen on floor 6 with a broken light fitting and some of the wallpaper starting to appear to come away. If staying at threat of the hotel please be aware of the noise from the 24 hour garage and electrical services below.

Very friendly staff, beautiful property and room, loved the bathroom and bed was very comfortable from an American perspective (not like sleeping on a cement slab). Parking is €30/day and offsite (3-5 min walk), but easy in & out.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast is until midday which is good for those who like a lay in. The only complaint I have is that our king-size bed had two single duvets instead of a king-size duvet which was impractical. I went to reception and asked for a duvet to fit the whole bed but housekeeping didn't come to change it for the two nights we were there.

Great hotel in great location. Wecoming and effiecient staff. Good sized room (kingsize double) with comfy beds and large shower room. Loved the wash items - soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Really good buffet breakfast with great hot and cold selection and served for a long period of time to suit guests with leisure and work requirments. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Hamburg.
