I told them several times that the heater in my room wasn’t working and that the temperature was lower than in the corridor. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do, so I asked them to come up and check the temperature. I was told the heating was under centralized control, so there was no way to make it warmer. Later it turned out that the heater sensor was broken.
