This was the WORST hotel experience we've ever had.
1) The beds do not have any foam so basically you lie on a piece of wooden board. Literally. We actually checked. It's the most uncomfortable surface (including couches and floor) that I've slept on. Apparently all rooms have the same type of bed fyi. Hot water is unreliable, most of the times we had to shower with cold water. Wifi in the rooms is very bad, we mostly couldn't stream any movies in the room due to bad wifi.
2) Staff is very annoying and they act like they don't need you there. When we first arrived, the receptionist said that they don't have space for us for our last night, which we'd already paid for on Orbitz. She said she can't refund us but she'll ask Orbitz to refund us. After arguments, she was finally convinced to try to find us a room for our last night as well.
3) The restaurant is VERY very slow. One night, we asked for a beef dish. There was only one other full table. The waitress came back 15 minutes later to say they didn't have beef. We ordered a few other things, including chapati. About 45-50 mins later, some of them arrived. The waitress said they couldn't cook the chapati because it would take a long time... Every time we ordered any food, simple or difficult, it took a very long time (45-60 minutes minimum) for it to arrive. Also, one time they brought a more expensive, wrong tab, so be careful before paying.
4) The pool is very small and full of kids, so it's not suitable for adults.
