Decent place
The pool was probably the highlight of the trip. It was heated and felt great to swim in. The waterpark was only open 11-5 which we didn’t get to go to because the hours didn’t work for us with our other plans so that was a bummer. Bathroom was a little tight but overall for the cost it was good!

Hidden gem!
This hidden gem needs to given proper recognition. My famlily and I had an amazin stay there, very clean and comfortable rooms - nove water park and pool, with hot tub bonus - which was amazing and relaxing at the end of an active day! It is less than 10 minutes from Universal and located close to plenty of other fun things to do. I will definitely come back when i am in town next!

We had an absolute amazing time staying at this hotel. The resort is one of the best hotels due to the multiple water parks, including the indoor park for littles.

Decent for the price
The room was small. The sink did not drain. The toilet and refrigerator ran all night. Customer service acted like we were an inconvenience when we asked questions. Breakfast was ok. Wished the waterpark was open longer. We were able to go to the water park.

It was awesome with a few bumps, not perfect. We got the family suite with 2 bedrooms but the description failed to inform us that we would have both bedrooms locked from each other. It was like any other separate rooms would be, not really a family suite. One of the TV's didn't work. Everything else was nice and clean.

This place was less than ok. Def needs some upgrades… the rooms smells (kind of like wet dog). Kids like the water slides but we would not come back again. We also happen to be there during the beer pong tournament… super shady crowd for kids. Bathrooms were kind of gross.
