Decent Property with Good Service & Breakfast
We chose Anio because we were sold on the stock pictures online however we were disappointed at arrival to find the property and room darker and more rundown in reality. The room was comfortable and furnished with all essential amenities. The service was good overall with friendly and attentive staff. The pool was nice and adequate while the included breakfast buffet was tasty had a good variety. Considering this was a more expensive option in comparison to other similar accommodations in Hoi An, we would likely opt for a cheaper alternative that's closer to Ancient Town on our next visit.

What a beautiful hotel in Hoi An! Our family loved staying here and would recommend staying again. The staff were so friendly and polite, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would absolutely stay at Anio again. The hotel is clean and new. The pool and breakfast are amazing. They have a free shuttle into the old town or to the beach. When we decided to take a grab to the old town instead it was under $2. Because it’s not right in the old town it was nice and quiet. The employees at Anio are all so helpful and kind. Snow, Dolphin, Phoebe were all especially welcoming. They also offer private transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend.

Staff were amazing at this property. Very helpful, friendly and eager to ensure you were taken care of. From check in we had a thorough introduction to the local area and recommendations for places to visit. Very useful was a transfer service to the main town area which is otherwise a 20 minute walk or a roughly 50k VND taxi. Sadly a few things about the property we didn’t like. Firstly it didn’t appear well sound insulated. You could hear the maid trolleys in the corridor. And secondly, the shower setup was not ideal. The shower was a rain head above the bath in its own cubicle. However with steps up to the bath and nothings to stop the water from splashing onto the steps you had to be very careful getting in and out. If you’re slightly infirm I would take a look at the room pictures and make an informed choice. However the rest of the amenities in the room were very good. Particularly the air conditioning which was excellent and when used with the ceiling fan it kept the room nicely cool. Overall I would recommend this hotel and consider staying again.

Fantastic hotel with the best staff
A family of 4, we enjoyed a superb stay in Hoi An at the Anio Boutique hotel. From the moment of arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. They are so genuine in their desire to ensure your stay goes as well as possible and everyone who worked there was a real credit to the hotel. The family room with 2 doubles was nice and spacious and the bathroom was big too. Breakfast was a real delight with 5 banks of food from pastries, fruit, asian cusine, western cuisine and an egg chef too. We ate at the restaurant too and can recommend the good quality and wide selection on the menu. Pool was also good, never too busy. Theres also a free bus service to and from Hoi An and An Bang beach. We used this a couple of times but it's a 40 dong taxi ride back so no issue if you dont want to stick to the timetable. All in all, we could not have been happier and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base from which to discover Hoi An and nearby areas.
