Great stay, perfect for our needs. Being in the Mall was convenient, location is very close to stations, we got the train to city hall from airport and walked underground straight to the apartments. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was fab! The mall is having some work done so it was noisy in the morning but if you are up to eat breakfast it doesn’t really matter.

Staff is very friendly and let us know where the amenities are. We got upgraded to the 4 room apartment which is so spacious. Rooms are clean with 2 showers and 2 toilets. You can get cold or hot water at the location beside the lift. The complimentary breakfast is excellent with a variety of choices. There are lots of food choices at the basement. The National Art gallery is only 6 minutes walk.

Very good location and walking distance to 2x different MRT lines. However AC in room was very weak and didn’t work well considering how hot and humid Singapore is. You’ll get sunlight into your room so it can get quite hot but the AC isn’t strong enough (it doesn’t go below 20 degrees). You also have to take two different lifts to get to your room as its location inside a shopping centre.

Gina who helps with breakfast arrangements is amazing. She is always very helpful and her smiles are contagious. Her customer service and hospitality are exemplary. We are group of 10 staying 10 days 2nd time at Lyf Funan always were welcomed by Gina every day. Her ideas to organize the dining area with secluded disposals area is excellent. Her efforts to improve the hotel should be recognized and awarded. Thank you Gina!

This is basically a youth hostel at premium prices! Small rooms, terrible breakfast, slow internet…absolutely contrary to what you would expect for circa £120 per night! Also it has the fire station across the street which will wake you up consistently and they only make up your room (if you’re lucky) once per week! Shambles!
