4 night stay in Lyon. Hotel is located beside Westfield shopping centre and a short distance from the main train station. The hotel itself was clean, but the carpets in the corridor leading to the rooms could do with replacing as they are heavily marked and looked dirty. House keeping was abysmal.Hall carpets were never vacuumed during our 5 day stay.The shower had little shield so the floor was always wet .Dirty cups were never taken from the room.Downstairs check in staff were helpful and pleasant as were breakfast staff.

Best view I have ever had at a hotel in my life. Staff was nice. The room service came within 20 minutes and it was really good. Convenient tram right at the front of the building. Only 10 minutes to vieux Lyon.

As communicated on check-in, this was the first time I arrived at a hotel early (12:30 p.m.) and rooms were available but would have had to pay €40 for that…not sure what extra cleaning would have been needed. Waited until 3:00 p.m. and waited in a long line up since many people had to wait, and check-in process was extremely slow (could have been avoided by checking in earlier). There was a pervasive chemical smell in the halls and entry to suite. Suite was surprisingly small for the price but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a nice view.
