I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and honestly, it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. Although the hotel is an older property, it is extremely well maintained. My room was very comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel, especially the beautiful plants and greenery around the reception area, which gave the hotel such a warm and elegant feel. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Everyone at reception and throughout the hotel was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They always had a smile and were very understanding and accommodating in every situation. Their genuine hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, especially for anyone who enjoys shopping. The hotel is within very close proximity to many of Bangkok’s major shopping malls, making it very convenient to get around and enjoy the city. I really liked this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on my future visits to Bangkok. It’s a beautiful hotel with excellent service, a great atmosphere, and a very convenient location. I would highly recommend it.

My first stay at the hotel was in 1993 and it still looks as majestic and beautiful as it did then Great and caring arrive from the Receptionist who arranged a room for me despite arriving at 9am, way before check-in time. The pool area is still amazingly tranquil and calm. Highly recommend the hotel for luxury, value, service and most important is the super convenient location.
