This was my 2nd time at this property. It is very well located, just steps from La Grande Place and about 7 minutes from the train station that bring to the airport. Beds are comfortable and they have nice amenities like fresh apple and water in the lobby, shower cap, toothpaste in the room etc. The only sad thing is that we were not able to experience the breakfast. My dad gave us a surprise gift with breakfast but since our flight was in the morning, we were not able to attend. The breakfast open at 7am. I will definitely stay again

The room nice and clean, thanks for giving me room with bathe, Was just not happy with some staff, i was disappointed one day no coffee sachets even i have requested. Reception told me that no stock instead of thinking to help. I was in a hurry to reach my room that day, if only ive known i could have bought coffee granules from store or had coffee in the cafe. Yes it was only coffee sachets but i was not given. The hotel was nice , i didnt believe it was out of stock. Also breakfast room had flies and not good for health and safety. Thank you to Alexandra in the reception, she was nice and her other colleague.The one not helpful was the afternoon shift receptionist. I could say my stay was pleasant.
