still thinking about our wonderful stay
i’m not usually the one to leave reviews.. but this place really was amazing for the price. 5-6 min ride to & from disneyland, free parking for BOTH our vehicles & plenty of parking to choose from. room was replenished every day that we was there. our window had a clear view of fireworks! the area is decent too i did not feel uneasy walking at night at all. the room was also very very clean! all staff was super nice. will definitely be staying here again.

I witness the customer service interaction with another guest. The staff was extremely rude and unconcern with the issue being brought up. Wouldn’t allow the customer to voice their issue and talked over the customer the entire time. Guest asked to speak to management and was denied his request. Staff seem unconcerned about losing business. The issue the guest was reporting was an error on the hotel and they were unwilling to make it right. I understand that this is a popular vacation spot and rooms probably always fill up but I would hate to be treated so poorly. For the price I paid I expect more professional staff and actual customer service. Beware place has zero customer service.

Loved it!

I recently stayed one night at Solara Inn and Suites, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Just as expected.
I stayed here for 1 night, went to a concert at Honda Center. It was about 3 miles away , a 11 minute drive. It’s a good average place for the budget minded. Clean. Bedding had a couple set in stains. It’s minimal. But The room did not have a fridge. I guess it’s on request basis only. The rooms felt stuffy, the AC unit can be noisy but it works and will quickly cool the room. The room had a weird odor like cleaner and old water. But Parking is free. Check in was friendly and she offered ground or second level. Which is nice. Most places don’t ask. They just give whatever room unless you have a request. So overall all good average stay. I recommend and would stay again.
